4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available on selected pin codes and orders. A nominal convenience fee may apply on COD orders.

8. Damaged Packages
If the package appears damaged during delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video and contact customer support within 24 hours of receiving the order.
