Return & Exchange Policy

* We offer easy 3-day returns and exchanges from the date of delivery.

* One free size exchange is available for all prepaid orders.

* Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

* Returns requested due to size preference, change of mind, or style preference will have a nominal reverse pickup fee of ₹149 deducted from the refund amount.

* Free return/replacement will only be provided if:
  - Wrong product delivered
  - Damaged product received
  - Manufacturing defect

* Refunds will be processed after product quality check.

* Products failing quality check will not be eligible for return or exchange.

* Exchange requests after one free exchange may require additional shipping charges.

* Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
